The M-O-A web site is organised into a number of major Sections with a menu system.  Two static menus, the top Global Button Bar and the left hand Side Button Bar, are present on most pages.  A Page Banner with an associated Tab Bar and Sub-page Bar immediately beneath it allow easy navigation from your current page, & will vary according to where you are in the site.
