Is Your Rating Wrong ?

1.   Shallow Keel version

Members may be interested to know that I have been allocated an IRC handicap of .979 (TCC).  Moonshine is a shallow keel version and has teak decks and a furling Genoa.  I would be more than happy to share the data I submitted to RORC and/or help if anyone is in the process of applying for their own handicap.

2.  Main Sail Specification

It has come to our attention that the original Main Sail Specification has an error.  The Main Sail P size is quoted as 14.20, we believe the correct size should be 14.00.

If your Certificate shows 14.20 then your rating may well be too high, e.g. 1.007 instead of 1.000
