Adverts will be dated and removed after approximately 6 months unless requested otherwise by the Member.

To help prevent member's email addresses being targeted by spam web-crawlers, replies by email are manually forwarded via the webmaster who normally forwards emails within 24 hours (unless out sailing!).  Members should use their normal email address in any subsequent reply or correspondence to avoid any delays.

All Adverts are placed by Maxi Owners Association Members. 
These are private adverts and all correspondence regarding the adverts must be sent directly to the advertiser.  Advertising is not for business use. Acceptance of adverts for inclusion is at the discretion of the webmaster.  Instructions on placing/removing adverts can be found in the members section
